Short answer, no. Long answer, as the licensed builder, we need to meet all Workplace Health & Safety laws therefore only trades/suppliers managed by Built 2 Last Constructions are allowed on site during construction. Any work to be carried out by external parties is to be completed after handover.
Yes we can. We specialize in custom home and commercial renovations and building, so we encourage our clients to be involved in the design of their new project. We can provide a complete service package – from initial concept drawings to completion (including design and construction) or we can work from drawings supplied by your Architect.
