Created in 2003, B2LC has an extensive number of completed projects that we are proud to showcase. These include, but not limited to; home and business renovations, extensions, commercial shop fit-outs, foundations, retaining walls, and building inspection reports.
B2LC also offer additional services that compliment construction, Property Maintenance, and Test & Tag.
Over recent years, we have secured contracts with real estate agents and property developers across Adelaide, providing their landlords with both annual, and “on call” property maintenance needs. Typical jobs include: general property repairs, smoke alarm testing, air conditioning servicing, gardening/ landscaping, and plumbing/electrical issues.
B2LC Director, Anthony, is a qualified Test and Tag technician. Test and Tag is a process of carefully visually inspecting and electrically testing each appliance for damage. It is a method of ensuring compliance with Australian Work Health and Safety regulations. Annual checks are required on portable appliances such as power tools, kettles/toasters, computers and printers. Checks performed to ensure safety and compliance.
Our Portable Appliance Tester is the latest technology available (Metrel Delta) and we currently service clients all across Adelaide. Although Test and Tag is mainly used by businesses, residential clients seeking assurance that their own appliances are not faulty is on the rise due to home insurance compliance.

Short answer, no. Long answer, as the licensed builder, we need to meet all Workplace Health & Safety laws therefore only trades/suppliers managed by Built 2 Last Constructions are allowed on site during construction. Any work to be carried out by external parties is to be completed after handover.

We can provide a complete service package – from initial concept drawings to completion (including design and construction) or we can work from drawings supplied by your Architect.
